As you’ve probably worked out, Meat Free Week is talking to meat eaters. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get involved as a vegetarian or vegan. In fact, more than ever, we welcome your support.
With your help, we can inspire as many people as possible you eat less, care more and feel good. Everyone's journey starts somewhere and for many, Meat Free Week will be that first step.
We hope that Meat Free Week creates an opportunity for you to encourage meat loving friends or family to take a break from meat for one week and discover some great meat free and plant based alternatives.
We also hope it enables you to have a conversation with your loved ones, encourage them to become more aware of how much meat they are eating and build their knowledge to make more informed choices.
