6 teaspoons of organic acai berry powder

2 tablespoons of flaked coconut

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

1 cup of achacha fruit flesh (6-8 fruits) peeled and deseeded

300 mls of coconut almond milk

2 tablespoons of almond meal

1 cup packed baby spinach leaves

Fresh berries to decorate



Place all ingredients in a blender and blend

This can be a thick texture add more milk if you prefer it thinner

Add more maple syrup if you prefer sweeter bowl

Top with fresh berries, extra coconut flakes or grated dark chocolate
