Serves 2.

+Ingredients

2 large carrots

1  1/2 - 2 cups water

handful ice

5cm piece fresh turmeric or 2 tsp dried turmeric

1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)

+Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz for a few minutes until nicely combined
