+ Ingredients

 1 kg tomatoes

4 TBS of honey

4 garlic cloves 

½ bunch of fresh thyme

½ bunch of fresh thyme

Salt

Pepper

 

+ Method

Remove the skins on the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in quarters.

Remove their pulps, making sure not to leave any seeds.

Dry them out individually with a kitchen cloth.

Put them on a plate. Brush them on both side with a mix made of:

Honey + salt + pepper + fresh thyme + crushed garlic

Then put them in an oven at low temperature of 50C for 3 hours or under the sun for 2 hours.
