+ Ingredients - Salad

150 grams of mixed leaf salad
2 large oranges, peeled deseeded and sliced thinly
60 grams of lightly crushed almonds
100 grams of feta cheese
2 tablespoons of Dukka seeds

+ Ingredients - Dressing
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
+ Method

Place all salad ingredients into a bowl
Shake dressing ingredients in a tight clean glass jar until they are well blended
Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and gently mix through
Serve with crusty wholemeal wholegrain warm bread
