+ Ingredients

500g baby potatoes, boiled
Small handful chopped coriander stalks
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 chopped green chilli
1 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Kasoori methi
5-6 spring onions, chopped
Juice of half a fresh lime
40g butter
Good pinch of salt

Raita and fresh lime, to serve

+ Method

Skewer and grill the potatoes until nicely charred. Break apart the potatoes and sprinkle all the spices and herbs on them while mixing nicely.

Serve with raita and lime on the side.
