+ Ingredients 

1 tbsp Carman's Natural Apple, Date & Cinnamon Muesli
1 mango, peeled & chopped
1 banana, peeled & chopped
1 tsp fresh tumeric (or 1/2 tsp tumeric powder)
1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
to serve, pomegranate seeds
to serve, Carman's Natural Apple, Date & Cinnamon Muesli

+ Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds and extra muesli.
