  • Pinch of allspice
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 300mls of milk of your choice – almond or coconut tastes the nicest
  • 100 grams of boiled skinned butternut pumpkin
  • ½ cup of frozen mango
  • 1-2 tablespoons of coconut syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of oat bran
  • Sprig of mint to decorate


Place pumpkin, oat bran and milk in a blender – blend until smooth

Add vanilla essence, all spice and cinnamon blend

Add ice and mango and blend to serve chilled with a sprig of mint on top
