1 cup of dried teff equals approx. 1 ¾ cups boiled, drain well

1 kilo of firm tofu

2 free range eggs

1 tablespoon of curry powder

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of minced chives

1 level tablespoon of vegetable stock powder

1 tablespoon of chilli flakes

Ghee or extra virgin olive oil for cooking



Beat eggs in a bowl, mix in all the ingredients with your clean hands or a large wooden spoon until all ingredients are completely blended

Form into burger shapes

Oil the BBQ to medium heat and cook on both sides until cooked and golden
