500g Carman's Apple, Date & Cinnamon Muesli
1 litre almond or coconut milk
350g vanilla bean COYO (dairy free yoghurt)
to serve micro herbs, black sesame seeds
Combine the Carman’s muesli and almond/coconut milk in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight.
The finished bircher can be stored in a sealed container and will last as long as the best before date on the milk.
To serve, scoop the bircher into bowls and top with a spoon or two of COYO, some papaya, a touch of micro herbs and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
